Developed and optimized the set-up for in-situ plasma diagnostics using optical emission spectroscopy for the fabrication of silicon solar cells in the ultra-fast growth in MDECR-PECVD.

Designed and developed an indigenous experimental setup to measure secondary electron emission (SEE) of dielectric materials for plasma panel display applications.

Set up various synthesis and optoelectronic characterization setups during my Ph.D. related to research on porous silicon and microcrystalline silicon thin films.
